DPA Machinery & Appraisals exposes public discovery metadata and public inventory browsing for agents.

## Current Authentication Status

- Public website and inventory pages do not require authentication.
- Public inquiry submission is available through the site form.
- Admin APIs are private operational surfaces and are not open for third-party agent registration.
- OAuth/OIDC agent registration is not currently available.
